Dont know what I am going to do next year. I am hoping I will get an interview for the Level 3 Access course. I would like to do the course so as I could do the level 3 course the following year. I have really enjoyed this year and I have learned a lot. I have especially liked doing my work placement in The Works. I picked up a lot of new skills from there and hopefully I will continue there in the future.<br />I have enjoyed being a student at James Watt College and hope that I get in to the course next year.<div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/2586447153881306714-4347585590280671058?l=stevensdayoffun.blogspot.com' alt='' /></div>stevenhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16436878087879262049noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2586447153881306714.post-62981670698398772832010-06-07T05:47:00.000-07:002010-06-07T05:57:47.887-07:00this week i went into placement twice as one of the days was for a <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_0" class="blsp-spelling-error">tigi</span> workshop as the salon was changing colour brands and products so it started off with the <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">introduction</span> of the colour technician so once that was over with she showed us <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_2" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">the</span> difference between <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_3" class="blsp-spelling-error">tigi</span> colour and the previous colour that we use and i also got to apply the semi permanent onto the model then the colour technician went through what else <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_4" class="blsp-spelling-error">tigi</span> have to offer with products and also training courses that they do. on <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_5" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">Friday</span> i also went to placement and as one stylist was off due to illness the salon was quite busy so i was busy covering reception plus helping with <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_6" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">the</span> blow drys and <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_7" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">dealing</span> with any other clients that came in so i was kept busy also got to apply some colour <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_8" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">as well</span>.<div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/2586447153881306714-6298167069839877283?l=stevensdayoffun.blogspot.com' alt='' /></div>stevenhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16436878087879262049noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2586447153881306714.post-42688854280592827592010-05-24T07:15:00.000-07:002010-05-24T07:22:32.828-07:00on <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_0" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">Friday</span> when i was on placement a client walked in for a haircut his hair was below his shoulder thick and curly and <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">hadn't</span> had a haircut for 13 years. so he wanted the whole lot chopped off so decided he want a number 2 back and sides and sort on top. so before he got it cut the stylist <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_2" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">Jo</span> pleated it then cut of the ponytail and then got the rest of his haircut after the cut he left with the ponytail of hair in a bag.
